"Horrible experience! I would NOT recommend this company or its agents EVER! I got the runarounds with simply trying to make a payment. When I contacted the office for insurance cards I never got a response. I got text messages from the agents office such as “sorry to bother you” “sorry to waste your time” what kind of customer service is this! This office should get better representatives or shut down completely!"

"I have been with this agent for 12 years and the service has decreased in quality and it was most noticeable right around 2021. I’ve had times when they won’t answer my phone calls and I call them with my work phone or with a friend’s phone and they answer. I’ve had to go into the office some days to get anything done. This last time they messed up I was helping a friend change his policy for his home and we went in and was assured that it would be done. Well it wasn’t and we got a lot of excuses on the day that the policy renewed. They ended up saying that they would write the policy but now they added new conditions. They want a roof inspection and wanted pictures of the house. Why couldn’t they asked this a month ago when we asked them to change the policy? Some of the agents also do not listen very well. I’ve gone in there in the past to make changes only for the changes to be wrong. They also kept calling my friend my dad or my uncle despite telling them over 20 times that it’s a family friend. At the moment I’m right about ready to leave after 12 years."

"absolutely tired of this company. my bill goes from $200-$500-$700 when the highest payment is when i have 3 vehicles on my account ? They always say, we will call you back and they never do. how hard is it to look at someone’s account and call them back? i highly recommend going to a different company. they charge way over priced and never give me an explanation on my account but will tell my father a different story 🙄😡"

"If I could give a zero or negative star I would. My husband I made a claim with this insurance. They gave us the run around for 3 days. They kept saying we will call you back with an update. However, I did not want to go the whole weekend without a rental car. I was finally able to get the corporate phone number. Shockingly the claim was never filed. The lack of urgency and care for people is honestly the most disappointing part of my experience. It is bad enough our vehicle got hit in a parking lot making it completely undriveable. Then you are going to make zero effort to help our family have a way around. If you ever get hit by their policy holders I would suggest you immediately ask for the corporate number because their staff is not very helpful or pleasant."
